To ensure fairness and clarity, our 30-Day Return Policy applies under the following conditions:
- The classic vehicle must be purchased for more than $11,999 to qualify.
The return is available for any reason, provided the terms are met.
- The vehicle must be returned within 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first.
- The car must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered.
- This policy is designed to offer confidence while maintaining the integrity of our classic inventory.

To qualify for the 30-Day Return Policy at Bad Ash Motors, the following conditions must be met:
– The vehicle must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date and driven less than 1,000 miles, whichever comes first.
– New or leased vehicles do not qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy.
– The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as it was delivered, with no additional damage or excessive wear.
– If the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is exercised and a trade-in vehicle was part of the transaction, and that trade-in has since been sold, Bad Ash Motors will reimburse the full trade-in amount as stated on the original Vehicle Purchase Order.
– The 30-Day Return Policy also applies to out-of-state customers. However, the customer is responsible for any additional costs, including third-party fees such as shipping, transportation, or handling charges.
– Customers will not be reimbursed for any upgrades, modifications, repairs, or service work paid for after the purchase of the vehicle.
– This policy may be exercised one time only, for one qualifying pre-owned classic vehicle.
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy does not apply to:
– Any new or leased vehicles
– Any vehicles purchased for $11,999 or less
– Advertised prices do not include tax, title, license, registration, dealer documentation fees, or finance charges. Most vehicles may be subject to reconditioning costs and dealer-installed accessories, which are not included in the advertised price.
Second keys, floor mats, or owner’s manuals may not be available for all pre-owned vehicles. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure accuracy, Bad Ash Motors is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
